Born in Owhelogbo, Isoko North LGA, Delta State, Dr. Austin Avuigwerie Orette holds a medical degree from the University of Nigeria (1985) and completed his Family Medicine Residency at Memorial Hermann Health System, Houston, Texas (1992–1995).
